I was a bit skeptical initially when my fiancée found this site online but I was definitely impressed with the service and product we received. My fiancée had to exchange his wedding band for a smaller size (we didn’t follow the comfort fit guide) a representative addressed our issue promptly and helped us through what we needed to do to get a replacement.
